These two series are on Single Use Plastics. First image, is in the studio where I explore certain concepts and problems to do with single use plastics; its source, stupidity (poor design), choices; rituals; capitalism/contradictions; irony; damage to biodiversity; stupidity; and environment versus public health. Second, I took to the natural environment to photograph plastics in-situ. What I found was the environment attempting valiantly to take break plastics down. But this is currently futile given that most plastics only break up into microplastics and will remain on planet earth for hundreds if not thousands of years.
