In this Climate Change Series, I was interested in exploring the possible the issues that surround climate change through a conceptual photographic medium (similar to the Polluted Waters Series). The present and the future are grounded on the notion that if the human race continues its current course, then climate change will become an unstoppable driver in everyday life (as opposed to being mainly in political discourse today.) These images of the present and future explore earth temperature, time, earth sickness (pollution and waste), gambling, sea level rise, acid rain, death, food insecurity, melting Antarctica ice cap, and extinction. But, this work also includes a pinch of hope that through our unity and collaboration, we can most definitely solve these climate issues - in fact, we already have the solutions, we need only act on a global and local scale. These images were captured in the studio and I maintain full copyright on all images.
