In this series, I was interested in highlighting the ludicracy of making food to consume that is made up of waste picked up from the street. Yet, this is what we essentially do everyday to our earth and living species that are left to consume our untreated trash. Be that littering in the streets, illegal dump sites, or untreated landfill sites. As consumers we must refuse, reduce, reuse, and recycle our waste. And as policy makers, regulators, and operators we must design "waste-tight" infrastructure.
